This week on The Ministry Growth Show we talk with Krista Blalock, co-founder, and president of Flourish Kenya. Flourish Kenya is working to prevent and support unplanned adolescent pregnancy in rural Kenya. As a relatively young organization, they have chosen to narrow their focus of work on the Maasai tribe and I think there are some important lessons ministries can learn from this level of focus. Ministry differentiation strategies are a difficult subject. On the one hand, ministries are all on the same team working for the gospel, but we believe there is still a place for focus and differentiation. We’ll discuss this further in articles to come.
